A MALDI sample plate containing 96 wells that is 10 millimeters thick. The internal diameter for each individual well on this target is 3.4 millimeters, well suited for polymer applications. This target can be used with AXIMA MALDI-TOF instruments which have the AXIMA 10mm Sample Plate Adapter Kit (TO-722R00) (source modification) and with all MALDI-7090 instruments.
