      Filter Vials

      Filter vials are a convenient alternative to a separate vial, syringe, and disc filter for sample preparation.  Simply add sample to the cup, depress the plunger with integrated filter, and put the vial in the autosampler rack.  Note that the autosampler needle stroke should be reduced by 5mm to avoid contact with the bottom of the vial.  

      Standard vials are for samples with up to 10% particulates; eXtreme vials can handle samples with up to 30% particulates.  Nano vials can inject as low as 2µL from 10µL of sample fill volume.  Contact us if your desired vial is not showing 500/case, or for bulk order inquiries.
