The PTFE (hydrophobic) membrane is recommended for elevated temperatures and most organic solvents, caustic, and acidic solutions. NOTE: requires pre-wetting with an alcohol for high aqueous samples. Filter inlet can be connected to either a Luer slip or lock syringe. Filter outlet can accommodate a Luer slip needle or other connector. Polypropylene housing, 25mm diameter, 0.45um membrane, 100/pk. Not compatible with perchloric acid, dioxane, DMF, and >50% formic acid. Limited compatibility with methylene chloride.
