Can be used with water, methanol, ethanol, ACN, THF, DMF, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acatete, and up to 50% DMSO. Shipping solvent is 70:30 water:methanol. Pore size: 2,000A, pH range: 2 - 9, MW range 5,000-200,000, exclusion limit 300,000. Use 220-91524-51 for the guard column and PEEK coupler 220-91524-98 (non-THF mobile phases) or stainless steel coupler 220-91209-08.
