The Shim-pack Bio Diol is a size exclusion chromatography column effective for the analysis of aggregates and fragments of mAb, oligonucleotides and carbohydrates. The 300A pore size is optimized for the analysis of large proteins and mAb conjugates. USP L20, L59. Silica based particle with a diol ligand, pH range 5-7.5, MW range 20,000 to 1,000,000 Da, maximum pressure 10 MPa/100 bar/1450 psi, max temp. 40C. Development of the separation on a Bio Diol-300 analytical column is highly recommended before purchasing a prep column. Prep columns cannot be returned once used.
