Nexcol C18, 5um, 3.0 x 50mm LC Column w/ Test Mix

A traditional end-capped C18 (USP L1) ideal for general-purpose use in reversed-phase chromatography. This is the installation checkout column and test mix for HPLC systems. Includes 5 ampules containing a test mixture of Uracil, Toluene, Napthalene, and Biphenyl and 5 amber 2mL vials with caps and septa. Test chromatogram included for comparison to actual system performance. To add a guard column, use 220-91394-06 (3/pk) and holder 227-32041-01. For replacement ampules of test mix, use 220-91394-05. Pore size: 100A, surface area: 300m2/g, carbon load: 20%, pH range: 2-8, max temp: 80C, max pressure: 60 MPa/600 bar/8700 psi.
