Nexcol C18, 5um, 3.0 x 50mm LC Column

A traditional fully porous, endcapped C18 (USP L1) ideal for general-purpose use in reversed-phase chromatography. This is the installation checkout column included with new HPLC systems. Wide pH range (2–8) provides excellent data quality for many applications, matrices, and compounds. To add a guard column, use 220-91394-06 (3/pk) and holder 227-32041-01. For replacement ampules of test mix, use 220-91394-05. Pore size: 100A, surface area: 300m2/g, carbon load: 20%, pH range: 2-8, max temp: 80C, max pressure: 60 MPa/600 bar/8700 psi.
