Nexcol C18, 1.8um, 2.1 x 50mm UHPLC Column w/ Test Mix

A traditional end-capped C18 (USP L1) ideal for general-purpose use in reversed-phase chromatography. This is the installation checkout column and test mix for UHPLC systems. Includes 5 ampules containing a test mixture of Uracil, Toluene, Napthalene, and Biphenyl and 5 amber 2mL vials with caps and septa. Test chromatogram included for comparison to actual system performance. For column protection without additional delay volume, add the UltraShield precolumn filter with 0.2um frit, REST-25809. For replacement ampules of test mix, use 220-91394-05. Replacement for 220-91394-01. Pore size: 100A, surface area: 300m2/g, carbon load: 20%, pH range: 2-8, max temp: 80C, max pressure: 103 MPa/1034 bar/15,000 psi. NOTE: for maximum lifetime, the recommended maximum pressure is 83 MPa/830 bar/8300 psi.
