Asahipak Amino 4.6 x 250 mm. It is the preferred column for separating carbohydrates from simple sugars to oligosaccaharides to DP 30. Runs in normal phase mode using a water/acetonitrile mobile phase, and is the perfect column to recommend with the Evaporative Light Scattering Detector for carbohydrate analysis. Polymer based amino column used for the analysis of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and sugar alcohols. Extended pH range from 1 - 13.
