The bioinert Scepter column has a polymer-lined stainless steel body with a high pressure polymer frit for a completely metal-free flowpath. The organosilane hybrid particle with a high density C18 ligand provides increased retention and improved steric selectivity for isomers and structural analogs compared to traditional C18 phases, and is compatible with mobile phases up to pH 12. Similar to Acquity BEH C18, and Kinetix Gemini C18. Inert column hardware eliminates adsorption and reduces tailing for compounds that tend to form chelates with metal surfaces, especially those containing phosphate groups. USP L1, pH range: 1-12, Max pressure: 45 MPa/450 bar/6,500 psi. 80A pore size, 25% carbon load, fully endcapped.
