Shim-pack GISS columns are made from highly inert silica gel, with a 200A pore size that allows the use of higher flow rates for reduced back pressure compared to a smaller pore particle. The C18 phase delivers rapid separations with symmetrical peaks, and is ideal for LC-MS/MS analysis with MS-compatible volatile buffers. USP L1, pH range: 1-10, Max pressure: 20 MPa/200 bar/2,900 psi. 200A pore size, 9% carbon load, fully endcapped.
