Stainless steel suction filter element with activated charcoal insert. Effectively removes mobile phase contaminants that appear as background noise or "ghost peaks." Compatible with any HPLC system with 3mm OD pump inlet tubing. Suitable for HPLC, UHPLC, and LC-MS/MS systems. Not for use with ion-pairing reagents since they can be absorbed by the filter. Recommended replacement after 1 year or 60L of mobile phase, or when breakthrough impurity peaks are detected, indicating the filter is saturated.
