The VG-50 is polymer-based column suitable for saccharide analysis in HILIC mode. It is easily regenerated by flusing with an alkaline solution, and is ideal for use with evaporative light scattering, corona charged aerosol, and LC/MS detectors. Polyvinyl alcohol based, stainless steel column hardware. Shipping solvent is 20:80 water:ACN. Max pressure: 440 bar/44 MPa/6400 psi. Guard column 220-91524-70 and coupler 220-91524-97 are recommended.
