The bioinert Scepter column has a polymer-lined stainless steel body with a high pressure polymer frit for a completely metal-free flowpath. The organosilane hybrid particle with C18 ligand is suitable for a wide variety of applications and mobile phase conditions up to pH 12 and 100% aqueous. Inert column hardware eliminates adsorption and reduces tailing for compounds that tend to form chelates with metal surfaces, especially those containing phosphate groups. USP L1, pH range: 1-12, Max pressure: 45 MPa/450 bar/6,500 psi. 120A pore size, 20% carbon load, fully endcapped.
