Shim-pack Velox Biphenyl, 1.8um, 2.1 x 30mm LC Column

The Shim-pack Velox Biphenyl offers complementary selectivity to alkyl phases (e.g. C8 or C18,) resulting in enhanced retention and resolution of aromatic compounds, especially with methanolic mobile phases. It is ideal for high-throughput LC-MS/MS bioanalytical applications such as drug and metabolite analysis. Recommended for large drug panels including barbiturates, benzodiazepines, opioids, stimulants, and more. The Velox superficially porous particle (SPP) provides high speed, high resolution separations to reduce run time and increase sample throughput under UHPLC conditions. pH range 2-8, maximum temperature 80C, maximum pressure 1050 bar/105 MPa/15,000 psi. Note: for maximum lifetime, P.Max of 800 bar/80MPa/12,000 psi is recommended.
