Capcell Pak C18 MG III, 3um, 150 x 2.0mm LC Column

The MG III phase was developed for LCMS analysis of basic compounds, epecially under acidic conditions, and is QC tested with amitriptyline. The increased surface polarity makes it suitable for retention of highly polar compounds like metaobolites. Designed for low bleed and excellent lot-lot reproducibility, it is an ideal column for long-term use such as clinical trials. USP L1, pore size: 100A, surface area: 300 m2/g, pH range: 2-10, 15% carbon load. Maximum pressure: 20MPa/200 bar/3000 psi. Guard column 220-90344-09 (10 x 2.0mm) and holder 220-90344-07 are recommended.
