Pretreatment/extraction kit for low-volume (100uL) biological samples, designed for forensic science applications. Each 2mL tube includes 80mg MgSO4 (magnesium sulfate) and 20mg NaOAc (sodium acetate) suitable for AOAC 2007.01. Contains 100 tubes per pack. NOTE: For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Ready to use kit with pre-weighed salts saves time during sample prep and eliminates variance in QuEChERS extraction salt volumes due to manual processing, resulting in data with high reproducibility. Samples prepared with this kit can then be measured with high sensitivity using LC/MS/MS technology (e.g. LCMS-8060).
