Supel™QuE Verde dispersive solid-phase extraction (dSPE) tubes for sample cleanup after QuEChERS extraction. Materials are pre-loaded into 2mL centrifuge tubes for no measuring and no mess. Designed to provide high recovery of all pesticides, including planar pesticides which can be difficult to recover in samples containing high levels of chlorophyll (cannabis, spinach, lettuce, oregano, etc.)
Each 2mL tube contains 150mg magnesium sulfate, 10mg Supelclean™ ENVI-Carb™ Y, 50mg Supelclean™ PSA, 60mg Z-Sep+. Use with 1mL of supernatant from initial extraction and phase partitioning. 100/pk.
